How the RMM Complete Build Process Works:

• Production Timeline: Currently 5-6 Weeks from order date
• We purchase a brand new manual mower of your choice: 16" 5-blade | 16" 7-blade | 18" 5-blade | 18" 7-blade | 20" 5-blade
• We install the full stage 2 conversion kit and roller kits if applicable.
• We ship you the fully built mower ready to use.
• When the mower arrives, Handle bar assembly will be required.

• This custom build service is not refundable or returnable  (If you contact us within the same business day of purchase NO EXCEPTIONS) we will refund the purchase amount - 3% processing fee.)

Important notes about the Mower:

• These electrically converted reel mowers are designed to cut well managed turf, do not buy this product if you are wanting to maintain generic, unmaintained grass over 2", even though the mower is capable of cutting any turf, it is not designed for managing neglected turf.
• All reel mowers including this one require more care than a standard rotary lawnmower, electric mowers have minimal maintenace compared to gas engines.
• You will need to backlap and adjust the bedknife periodically throughout the season to keep cutting performance consistent.
• Clear your yard of debris before reel mowing, locking up the reel or hitting chunks of debris can damage the blades and cause electronic thermal overload
• Use common sense when operating any type of machinery. Reel Mower Mods is not responsible for any damage, accidents or injuries to yourself, bystanders, property or anything else.

What is included in the box:

• The complete, ready to use mower as ordered and any accessories.
• All factory parts that came with the original mower.

What is the warranty on the product?

• Online customer support for the mower is available on the website, email or FB messenger app.
• We offer a non transferable limited warranty and cover the cost of any Reel Mower Mods part/component for replacement for 1 year from purchase date. Subject to change if obvious neglect or abuse is found.
• This warranty does not include wear and tear items or customer negligence/abuse (ex. handlebar grips, scratches, cosmetic damage, negligent damage from intentional miss use or error.)
• Any repairs or parts cost after the 1 year term will be the responsibility of the customer.
• The base manual mower is manufacatured by American Lawn Mower Company, we are not responsible for repair or replacement of any of these components.
• We will make sure that the base mower arrives to our shop in undamaged condition and is working as intented before shipping.
